Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and stays at Hotel Sanskriti, Dharola Road Chouraha, Nalkheda (District Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh 465445). By making a booking or staying with us you accept these terms.

Rates & payment

• Rates are quoted per room, per night and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Applicable government taxes, if any, are charged in addition to the room rate.
• Payment may be made by cash or UPI at the hotel, or as otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Bookings & confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when acknowledged by our team and, where applicable, after receipt of an advance. Please provide accurate guest details, as incorrect information may affect your reservation.

Check-in & house rules

Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out by 11:00 AM. Guests must present valid government photo ID and follow the hotel's house rules, including quiet hours and our pure vegetarian, no-smoking, no-alcohol policy. Please see our Check-in & House Rules page for full details.

Guest conduct & liability

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
• The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables left unattended or for delays caused by events beyond its control.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave for misconduct, illegal activity or breach of these terms.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In case of any conflict, that policy applies to cancellation matters.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page and applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of District Agar Malwa, Madhya Pradesh.
