Arrival & departure

• Check-in: from 12:00 noon.
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.

ID & registration

A valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence or passport) is required for every adult guest at check-in. Details are recorded as required by law. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.

Occupancy & extra guests

Rooms are priced per room, per night. Extra mattresses or additional guests may be charged separately. Please tell us the exact number of guests while booking so we can prepare your room.

House rules

• Smoking and consumption of alcohol or non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises — we are a pure vegetarian, family hotel.
• Please maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music and parties are not allowed.
• Cooking inside rooms is not allowed.
• Guests are requested to respect the sanctity of Nalkheda Dham and the nearby Maa Bagulamukhi Mandir.
• Visitors are permitted in common areas until 9:00 PM only; pets are not allowed.

Safety & property

• Please keep valuables safely; the hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended.
• Any damage to hotel property, furniture or fixtures will be charged to the guest.
• CCTV is installed in common areas for the security of all guests.
